Mayhem Mayhem is built over a family working farm in County Tipperary. You can choose to do one lap (5K) or two laps (10K). Many of the obstacles are man-made, designed to test even the most experienced challenge seeker.

Mayhem is open to individuals (male and female from 18 years of age and above) as well as teams - making it an ideal team-building event. Mayhem is a challenge, not a timed run - making it a perfect way to build team spirit, camaraderie and friendship.

Mayhem obstacles are all doable, but alternative routes are available should you not feel up to a particular obstacle.

Course Description:

Set in the heart of gorgeously green Tipperary, participants can sprint, jog, crawl, roll, walk, or drag themselves around the demanding obstacle course, sliding through mud baths, swinging on Tarzan ropes, and jumping through tyres.
Mayhem is a 5K, 10K, and 15K challenge experience (not a race!) that’s more about the experience, comradeship, and the craic than winning.

Aid Stations:

There will be a water stations. We have separate male and female medical tents. There will be an onsite paramedic.

Spectators:

Spectators are more than welcome to come, watch, cheer and take photos.

Parking:

There is plenty of hardcore parking available free of charge.

Post Party:

There will be hot tea and coffee to warm you up after running along with biscuits and bananas. If you want something more substantial we recommend you bring it with you.

Other:

You will need to be able to wade through water that may be up to hip height.
We have male and female communal showers with hot water. Please bring a towel and a change of clothing and something warm along with you.
An area is available for you to leave your bags however, this bag drop is not staffed so please leave only non-valuable items. Please do not leave money, cards, keys or phones etc.
