THE COLORADO MUD RUN....BIGDOGBRAG is a community wide family-friendly event. The 5k obstacle course with 26 obstacles and 15 mud pits is designed for thrill seekers and mudslingers 12 and up! We also have a 2k Little DOG FUN obstacle course with 15 obstacles which is perfect for families with kids 5 and up who want more FUN than RUN…or for bigger kids who just aren’t ready for the BIG DOG 5K. Adults that are signed up for the 5k have FREE ACCESS to the 2k course with their kids that are signed up!  Both courses have more obstacles and mud than any other race around...you'll experience really muddy mud pits, epic slides, cargo net climbs, tarzan swings, canyon traverses,  rope climbs out of canyons and a day of making memories with family, ,co-workers and friends! Race to the finish line or soak up each challenge at your own pace. Do it your way Colorado!!! But whatever you do, make June 3 or June 24 the Saturdays to beat this summer!

Not only will you have a great time at the BIGDOGBRAG, but you will be supporting 2 local charities...NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness with funds directed at the Ending the Silence Campaign preventing teen suicide) and VETERANS OVERCOMING OBSTACLES supporting vets in Colorado Springs and Pueblo!

Course Description:

With approximately 3 miles of muddy madness, you’ll slide down the epic 70 ft long Super Dog slide, rope climb out of amazing Colorado canyons, traverse canyons on cargo nets, swing on the giant Tarzan swing, dash over our wipe out platforms and slosh your way through the 5k course with all 25 obstacles or choose our 2k course with 12 of our funnest obstacles and muddiest mud pits for the whole family.
The course is well marked so you can decide how much run you want in your fun even up to race day. You can even do multiple laps at no additional charge! Either way, you will create memories that will last a lifetime with friends, family, co-workers, playmates and kids of ALL ages (registration starts at age 5)

Aid Stations:

Three water stations on course, Aid Station/Medical onsite.

Spectators:

No spectators due to Covid unless restrictions are lifted.

Parking:

$10 per Car. Parking is on site of the event.

Other:

Our charity partner is Big Brothers Big Sisters Pikes Peak Region. A $1 donation is collected for every participant at registration but you can raise additional funds to support this awesome organization.

Team:

Teams are encouraged no size limit.

Kids Race:

The 2k race is intended ages 5 and up race day.
Anyone 5-10 must have a parent or guardian running with them
