Course Description:
Mississippi Mudder is a 5K Mud Run filled with 30+ obstacles. It’s located on a farm in Coal Valley, IL. You’ll run up and down hills, thru pastures, woods, and rugged terrain. You’ll snake thru a creek the last 3/10 of a mile. We’ll provide you with a challenging course that will test your endurance. Walkers are welcome and all obstacles are optional.
Aid Stations:
There will be one aid station on course. Fruit and water will be available at the finish line, and water will be available throughout the course.
Spectators:
Spectator entry is $5. There are 3 obstacles in the main area, and monkey bars over water about a 1/2 mile walk from main area. Spectators may join the post party, where there is a cash bar.
Parking:
Parking will be $8 online in advance, $10 day of. Parking is on site, and carpooling is recommended.
Post Party:
After party at adjacent winery immediately afterwards
Other:
Are event is funded and organized primarily through the North Scott Rotary club. All proceeds, less operating expenses, go to local area youth.
Minimum age requirement is 12 years.
There will be a wash area post-race.
