Highlander Assault Join the Battle! The Highlander Assault Obstacle Series is a Highlander themed grueling but fun event. Featuring a 4 mile 20 obstacle option, an 8 mile 27 obstacle option, or if you are thirsty for more do both courses for a total of 12 miles and 47 obstacles to become a member of the Highlander Elite Black Watch. Black Watch 12 mile racers will receive a bonus Black Watch medallion! The Highlander Assault event will also feature the Highlander Village where you can hang out before and after the race enjoying D.J. music services, contests, several gourmet food vendors, beer, and sponsor give aways. Don't forget to take your picture with one of several Highlander Warriors in full garb walking the grounds.. Come join the battle and defeat the oppresive King's army, conquering the King's obstacle onslaught and raising the Highlander Flag to glory! Oh and if you are up for the challenge, don't forget your kilts!

Course Description:

The night course will consist of 3.1 miles of forest trail, open fields, and motocross tracks with rolling dirt hills. Each racer will battle through our 21 obstacles consisting of 4' walls, 8' walls, ladder climbs, cargo climbs, multi-rigs, archery, atlas stone carries, wreckbag carries, dark tunnel traverses, a water barrage, fog crawls and many more!

Aid Stations:

There will be a water station at mile 1 and mile 2 as well as the finish. Finish line will also have bananas available. A paramedic station will be on site.

Awards:

Prizes for top 3 finishers in the Elite Men and Women Heats. Prize to the fasted Gym Team.

Spectators:

Spectators are free. Most areas spectators will be allowed to view.

Parking:

General parking is $10 and approximately 1/4 mile walk to the Village area and start line.
VIP Parking is $25 within 100 yds. from the start line

Post Party:

There will be food options available along with music entertainment and free contests throughout the event.

Other:

Minimum age for this event is 12 (must be accompanied by an adult). Bag Check is available. Headlamp available for sale during registration. Headlamps are mandatory on the course.

Team:

The largest team registered by 05/15/2020 will have their own VIP area in the village.
