Course Description:

The course starts from the club house and down through a small forest. Parts of the forest ground is very soft and boggy. Out of the bog and up a hill out under a low tyres. Down around a small hill through a small stream. Up a step hill down through more soft muddy ground and into a stream waist deep. About 400m long and up a steep bank. Up over soft ground and through a small quarry. A few high obstacles to get over. Down a long water slide and out under a military net. Back down towards a the forest and over a large pool of cold water. Back up and out under very low obstacles to bring you up to warm showers for a wash hot food and a drink.

Water and St John ambulance on site

Prizes:

Spot prizes.

Spectators:

Free entrance to spectators. Spectators are free to roam around the course to give their support to the mud monsters.

Post Party:

Entertainment in the club house bar afterwards.

Other:

Key drop area provided. Hot hose down after the race. Changing rooms provided. Hot food provided after the race.
