After months of planning THE Grind is finally here and we want you to be at our inaugural event!
Every day we work our butts off in our own daily grind, it does not matter if you are a teenager at school, or a plumber or a CEO of a major corporation we all grind daily. THE GRIND - Obstacle Course Race has been created for everyone, we offer a unique spectator friendly experience for everyone from corporate fun seekers to fitness enthusiasts and elite athletes.

Course Description:

THE RAPID GRIND 6km: 20 to 30 obstacles over a easier course but still challenging. As always the Rapid Grind 6km has been designed with first timers in mind and is a great introduction to Obstacle Course Racing, it will be challenging but achievable and is suited to corporates and people with very basic fitness levels
THE DEEP GRIND 12km: 30 to 40 obstacles over a reasonably flat trail but through thick sand and multiple mud pits
THE DEEP GRIND ELITE 8km – 30 to 40 obstacles over a reasonably flat trail but through thick sand and multiple mud pits.
The Deep Grind 12km and ELITE will loop off of the 5km course and includes a interesting mix of sand, mud, rolling Motocross hills and some very difficult obstacles.
THE LITTLE G: 1km – 10 obstacle whippersnapper course to keep the kids entertained and hopefully get them hooked on The Grind (this will be the best Kids Obstacle course Race in the country)

There will be plenty entertainment during the day and a live band in the evening to kick the holidays off with a bang.
