Saturday - Waves of up to 50 will start at 8am and go every 15 minutes.
Sunday - Waves of up to 50 will start at 9am and go every 15 minutes. (limited to the first 1000 people each day)

Course Description:
We created Tough ‘N Dirty to test your ability to run, climb, jump, crawl, & muscle your way through a mud and obstacle course! As a Tough 'N Dirty participant you will have to conquer whatever obstacles get in your way and test your all around toughness, strength, stamina, fitness, and mental determination.
Aid Stations:
During the event, there will be a water station at the half-way point of the 5K +/- course. Water and bananas and apples will be available after you cross the finish line.
Parking:
Parking will be available for free on race day. Car-pooling is highly encouraged as space is limited.

Tough ’N Dirty encourages participants to bring a grocery bag filled with non-perishable food items. All food items will be distributed to Elk Grove Food Bank.
Mud Run for children 5-11. Must be accompanied by a legal guardian throughout the course Price: $15
Entry Fee per child. (legal guardians are free if they run in the 5k
event, cost will be $15 if you are not running in the 5k event)
Must be 12 or older to run in the 5K event. Valid
photo ID must be presented at check in on race day. 12-17 year olds must
have a legal guardian on the course with them at all times and the
legal guardian must sign the wavier. 5-11 year olds may participate in
the kids Mud Run.
We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before your wave time. Remember
that you will have to park, pick up your packet, attach your bib, and
make your way to the starting line.
Food service will begin approximately 30 minutes after the first wave.
Food Tent operational hours are subject to change, due to weather, state
and local restrictions.
