Course Description:
Prepare yourself for what has been voted as Utah's best mud run! This 5K course is packed full with amazingly fun obstacles. Be sure to bring your friends because this is going to be a blast!!
MAN vs MUD is a super-fun 5K mud run and obstacle course that includes hills, tire obstacles, river crossings, muddy trails, tunnel crawls, giant slides, and the final thick-n-mucky mud pit.
KIDS vs MUD Course!
Get your kids ready for the muddiest fun of their lives! The KIDS vs MUD course will be a blast as your kids will slide, slip, climb and dip through the funnest obstacle course they have ever seen! They will get muddy, and messy, and also take home a unique prize!
The KIDS vs MUD course is not a race, but an obstacle course that your kids ages 3-9 will be able to go through as many times as they’d like. Parents/guardians will need to stay nearby to help their child as needed. Please understand that the kids course is not a baby sitter for your children while you run the race.

Awards:
No awards, non-competitive, non-timed. We're all about having fun and being active while making memories.

Prizes for best costumes, muddy awards, best team names, best dancers, etc.
Spectators:
Spectators are free, roaming is acceptable.
Parking:
Parking is free, carpooling is always helpful.
Post Party:
The whole event is a party. Some food and vendors available.
Other:
We welcome men, women, children (see below for age limits), aliens, teenagers, mythical creatures, college students, grandparents, twins, aunts and uncles, blue people, sasquatch, holiday characters, and all swamp people. If you're unsure about whether or not you qualify, please contact our eligibility department. Pets are not allowed.
No competitive heats. The event is all about having fun!
MAN vs MUD will contain a number of different obstacles that are designed to bring fun into the run. The obstacles are family-friendly and can be done by just about anyone. View the course map to learn more.
We will not allow you to run if you are over the age of 101. Kids between 10-14 must have an adult run with them during the entire race. For children ages 3-11 we have an obstacle course called the KIDS vs MUD where they can have just as much fun getting muddy.
The KIDS vs MUD course is the kids obstacle course for children ages 3-11. There is no specific time as it is open throughout the day and children get unlimited entry to it. See the registration page for prices.
The MAN vs MUD course is designed to ensure a lot of fun in a very safe manner. Safety is our #1 priority. The biggest risk posed to participants is tripping on uneven surfaces and running on varied terrain. Participants assume all risks & medical expenses if needed during or after the race. All participants will brief themselves as to where the medical tent is located when they arrive for the race. By participating you agree and consent to the terms, conditions, and release waiver.
We will have a professional photographer capturing all the fun. Photos will be made available online
Team:
Teams or groups of any size can participate. (There is no limit to the team size) All members of the team or group run the entire course and may help each other along the way. If you decide to run ahead of your team, there will be a waiting area for faster team members (before the final mud pit) where you will reunite as a team.
Team discounts available, teams of 6 or more receive a 10% discount. Animals do not qualify.
