Waves start every 30 minutes and end at 3:00pm with a maximum of 200 people per wave time.

Course Description:
The course will start and finished at the Bristol Town Beach and run through the entirety of Colt State Park.
There will be small hills, lots of trail runs, beach running and some paved asphalt running.
There will be a minimum of 15 obstacles with a maximum of 20, ranging from rope climbs to tagging 50 lb anchors.
Aid Stations:
There will be multiple aid stations on the course with paramedics along with local police.
Fruit, water, and beer will be available at the finish line.
Awards:
We will have cash prizes for the top finishers in the Elite wave.
Prizes:
The largest team will have the opportunity to have a customized finisher t-shirt with their team logo on it along with access to a fully stock vip tent.
Spectators:
Spectators are free.
Parking:
Their will be ample parking on site for $10/ car.
Post Party:
There will be a post party all afternoon at the Bristol Town Beach with live music and an after party at JR Bean Saloon in downtown Bristol on the waterfront.
Other:
Partial proceeds from this event will go to Bristol Parks & Recreation Department.
All participants will be timed and see their results on race day.
Photos will also be available from Racewire.
There will be a kids race, a free bag check, showers, changing rooms, and a beautiful beach to relax on afterwards.
