Course Description:
Overload is all about the overload 10km overloaded with over 40 manmade and natural obstacles. The day kicks off with the Overload UKOCR trophy race which will see up to 100 of the best in the country take on a minimum of 10km of undulating terrain with over 40 unforgiving obstacles.
Anyone is welcome to run in this wave and there will be prizes for top three men and women to cross the line.
Following the high intensity wave runners a chance to run the same course as fast or as slow as you want, join your friends, run with the family or run alone everyone is welcome to run, each lap will be around 5-6km long and you can run more than one lap at no extra cost.
Aid Stations:
There will be first aiders and medical team on the day. Marshalls will be posted around the course.
Awards:
Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd male and female runners in the UKOCR trophy Race
Spectators:
There are designated spectator areas so they can watch and cheer on at certain positions on the run including the start and finish.
Parking:
There will be plenty of parking on the day. Parking fee of £5
Post Party:
There will be food and entertainment after party.
Team:
Teams are allowed with a minimum of two members
Kids Race:
You have to be 8 or older on the day of the run in order to participate
