Race Start Time:
Event starts at 8:00am, heats will run in the 9:00, 10:00 and 11:00 hours. Runners have the option to select which hour they would like to run in and will be given their heat time before the event.

Course Description:
THE FAMILY COURSE is approximately three miles over 15 obstacles guaranteed to get you muddy. Want to test your family's or friend's teamwork skills? This is the course for you. (Ages 8 and up.)
THE MINI COURSE is perfect for the little ones who want to get in on the fun. This course is much shorter (approximately one mile), but is just as long on fun (and mud)! (Ages 4 and up - there is an option for one free Adult Walk-A-Long with your Mini Course registration.)
Aid Stations:
Water stations will be throughout the course, first aid station with medical staff are on site as well, S'mores will be given after the race and a food truck with food for purchase.
Spectators:
Spectators are able to come for free, they cannot be on the obstacles.
Parking:
Free parking, spaces are limited so carpooling is recommended.
Other:
This race benefits Girl Scouts of Greater Iowa, with funds supporting valuable leadership experiences for girls across the state.
