Course Description:
Conquer the Gauntlet is a grueling 4 mile race with over 30 unique obstacles and challenging terrain to maneuver through. This race is designed to test your limits, show your character, enhance your commitment, and connect you with your community. You will be forced to sprint, climb, run, jump, claw and crawl to make it to the finish.
Some of the obstacles you will encounter are; the smooth criminal, torpedo, cliffhanger, stairway to heaven, continental divide, pegatron, Tarzan swing, elephant graveyard, belly of the beast, barrels of risk, great wall of America, inverted ladder, rubber roadblock, tiger trap, labyrinth, boardwalk among unique obstacles.
This is not another mud run or a 5k with a few walls. We guarantee you the most obstacles for the lowest possible price. To Conquer The Gauntlet™ you must have determination, purpose, and will-power. Can you Conquer The Gauntlet™?
Aid Stations:
First aid station and Paramedics on site
Awards:
First place overall male and female Champions will be awarded the champion “Gauntlet” trophy and $400 cash.
Second place male and female overall will receive $300 cash
Third place male and female overall will receive $200 cash,
Fourth place male and female overall will receive $100 cash
Fifth place male and female overall will receive $50 cash.
All podium winners will receive Mud Gear socks.
Prizes:
Those who complete all obstacles successfully will turn in their cloth belt at the Finish Line and be given the coveted CTG Elite Wrist Band.
Spectators:
All spectating is $10 and will be charged at the entrance.
This will provide a printed course map and access to the entire course.
Ages 11 and under are free.
Parking:

Post Party:
There will be a Pre-Race Dinner on Friday night at 181 Ranch!
Tickets to the Dinner are $18 and free for kids under 10 years
We'll have BBQ, sides, and non-alcoholic drinks. Beer and cocktails available at the bar.
Other:
Conquer The Gauntlet partners with Folds of Honor, Operation Underground Railroad, Good Spread and the Memorial Ruck in various charity activities.
Team:
Team Challenge
Conquer The Gauntlet Team Challenge is 4.5 miles and 30 obstacles to complete with your team of 4 members. A twist on some existing obstacles and some obstacles designed specifically for your team to complete together! You will complete the entire course as a team and many obstacles will require teams to work together.
To run in groups of more than 4 on the Open Wave; have all of your members sign-up for the same wave time or complete the group registration form.
You will be timed individually and not as a team
There are group discounts for groups of 6 or more
Kids Race:
There will be a 1/2 mile course with approximately 7 to 8 obstacles available for kids ages 5-11. Each participant will receive a medal at the finish line. A parent or guardian must be present and sign a waiver.
The Kids Race will begin 1 hour after the first wave of the day and end 1 hour after the final wave.
