Rampage at the Ridge Rampage at the Ridge Extreme 5K is a first time event created by the United Way of Northeastern MN to raise money for our newest initiative that focuses on our local veterans and their families. Dollars raised will help develop much needed service programs for veterans in our area.

Course Description:

The course and obstacles may change from year to year and this year there will be a Kiddie Course – a kid’s course on race day free of charge to all children ages 5-12. Besides that, obstacles such as “Oh HAAAY”, “Mesabi Mud Crawl” and “Down and Dirty” may be waiting for you.

Aid Stations:

There will be five water stations available along the course. In addition, participants will have access to water at the base of the hill.

Spectators:

All spectators are welcome for free

Parking:

There is a $10 parking fee for each vehicle on site – carpool if you can!!

Post Party:

We’ll be blasting fantastic music to pump you up at the base area throughout the day until approximately 3:00p.m. In addition, Giants Ridge will be offering food, beverages and beer for sale. Participants are welcome to sit back and relax before and after their start waves. Spectators are welcome too!

Other:

Portable toilets for participants and spectators are located at the base area along with hand wash stations. Please relieve yourself prior to the start of the race as there won’t be any bathrooms available along the course (other than the woods).
