Course Description:

The route is likely to be muddy. There will be natural hazards such as tree roots, low branches, loose stones, uneven surface, mole holes and rabbit holes and is potentially dangerous. You will get wet within the first couple of obstacles. You will have to go under, over, around and through at least 20 obstacles but if you do not feel comfortable completing any obstacle please simply continue on the run avoiding the obstacles – we want you to enjoy the race and not give you anxiety. The route will take you through fields, across roads, along footpaths and bridleways, through the woods and down tracks and along part of the Chiltern Way.
The 5K course meanders through woodland, fields, tracks, trees, ditches, ponds and along part of The Chiltern Way. To make things more interesting there will be the additional challenge of negotiating bales, tyres, pallets, cargo nets, crawl nets and gates. If the weather does its job there will be lots of mud around the whole course which finishes in a dash to the finish line in front of the magnificent Elizabethan Mapledurham House.

Aid Stations:

Paramedics at finish and along the route. Clean water at the finish. Taps in car park to hose yourself off.

No - its a fun run not a race!

Spectators welcome and are free!
