We are going back to suggested start times, not enforced by age groups. This lets you race against others your speed to see who comes out as the overall top warrior! Suggested start times (Waves capped at 200 per time slot):
9:00AM: In It To Win It!!!
9:30AM: Fast But Not Too Fast!!!
10:00AM: I'm Still In it...but at My Own Pace!!!
10:30AM: TEAMS (IF YOU REGISTER AS A TEAM, YOU MUST COMPETE IN THIS TIME SLOT.)
11:00AM: Just for Fun!!! (Please NOTE: This Division will not be eligible for awards.)
11:30AM: Overall and Age Group Awards, followed by Team Awards

Course Description:
It is approximately 3 miles and is filled with over 15 challenging and fun obstacles designed by ASCO in Belton. Year after year the guys at ASCO know how to engineer fun yet challenging obstacles. They construct anywhere between 15 to 20 obstacles along Nolan Creek to provide participants with unique opportunities to conquer their fitness goals. Obstacles may include: dirt hills of doom, cargo net wall, rope swing over Nolan Creek, mud pit crawl, zip line, tire field, slippery tarp slide, ice bath, & more fun yet challenging obstacles!
Aid Stations:
1-2 water only. Our course is designed with safety as the number one priority. However, in the event an injury occurs, there will be a medical station onsite.
Prizes:
This award will be chosen from ALL WAVES, not just the Team Wave. This award will be chosen according but not limited to the following criteria: Those that cross the finish line TOGETHER and encompass the spirit of teamwork.
Spectators:
Spectators are welcome cheer & take photos for FREE!

When you arrive hang around and check out our vendors while waiting for your start time to be called.
Team:
Teams can be friends, family, clubs and running enthusiasts of any age who enjoy the thrill of crossing the finish line together!
TEAM REQUIREMENTS
-Must be composed of four individuals (no more. no less.)
-One teammate must be female
-Entire Team MUST race in the Team wave time slot
-Only complete Teams with at least one female can be eligible for awards
-There is no “Team” cost. Each person will register online. You can join or create a team during the registration process.
-If you register with a team and race during the individual time slots, you will not be eligible for team or individual awards.
TEAM SCORING RULES
-All four must finish, at least one female teammate
-Teams will be placed according to the fastest composite time of all four individuals
-Top 3 Teams win award
