Course Description:
The race consists of a 4km road run followed by a 25-strong obstacle course over a further 1km.
Aid Stations:
There will be refreshments and first aid on site.
Spectators:
Spectators are welcomed but please be mindful that there is limited parking so please lift-share where possible.
Parking:
Parking is free but limited. We recommend lift-sharing where possible.
Other:
Battle of the Knights III is an event for people of all levels to sign up and achieve their goals. We encourage you to the finish line and award medals whether you run hard, or for fun.
There will be chip timing, with the top 10% achieving honorary 'knight' status and receiving free entry to next year's event.
As a charity, we like events where people can test their resilience and get a buzz from feeling a sense of team spirit. These traits make for a meaningful experience and are key to the St Nicholas Hospice Care’s cause.

Why not encourage the rest of the family to sign up? The junior race consists of a 1k run and the full obstacle course, with entry costing £15. The minimum age for the junior race is eight.
Team:
Participants can sign up individually or as part of a team. This event is all about the camaraderie so even if you’re not in a team there will be plenty of encouragement throughout the 5km course.
