Course Description:
This is a race of about 6 km and 15 obstacles, this is the only thing you need to know ... you expect the unexpected. But here are still some things to consider: the course is a course that Trail you bring them to pass through woods and undergrowth, ditches and obstacles to climb and also uneven terrain with potentially hidden natural obstacles of water and slippery surfaces. We would also prevent injuries that are possible as a result of falls, jumps, slides etc. when you franchiras obstacles during the race. In addition, some hazards may also occur as a result of falls from other competitors. We also ask you to adjust your speed and your behavior to the visibility conditions, difficulties and obstacles to the flow of the other competitors.
The Reebok Spartan Sprint: This is our shortest course. It is perfect for athletes of all levels; from Spartan first timers to seasoned racers. The 3+ Mile Sprint may be our shortest distance but it packs more than 20 Signature Spartan Obstacles including mud, fire, walls and barbed wire. If you think you can’t do it, you’re wrong. Get to the starting line and show yourself what you are capable of.
There are some staples in our repertoire. There are also some venue specific and terrain inspired obstacles. We will not, however, spell it out for you. We do not have course maps. Each Spartan Race strives to surprise the athlete. Preperation for the unknown is a must.
There is fire, mud, water, barbed wire, and occasionally Hell on Earth. There WILL be obstacles to catch you off guard. Curve balls, so to speak. Get over it.
We’re here to rip you from your comfort zone. If you need a road map for each step of the way, then maybe this race isn’t for you.
Aid Stations:
3-4 aid stations on course with water, maybe some other goodies. We’ll finalize this as we get closer to race day. All racers should carry extra water and energy sources as this course will be very challenging.
Awards:
Awards ceremony for the top finishers of the Spartan Race
All racers are chip timed for race results
Spectators:
Free - Spectators are welcome (subject to the same parking fees). No liquor, bottles of glass or camping on site.
Parking:
There will be € 5.00 per car parking fee for the day, you will receive more information later. Please, do not park on the road. This applies to everyone (spectators, runners, King Leonidas, etc).

JUNIOR RACE
Spartan Race challenges us to be fearless, confident and committed. These are qualities we want our kids to have, and there is no better way for them to have a go, trust their abilities and have fun than by taking on the Spartan Kids course. The Spartan Junior Race was created to help children and young adults make their life-long commitment to fitness and health.
These events provide an opportunity for young athletes to develop and test their fitness in a safe, exciting, outdoor environment.
Racers of all athletic abilities are encouraged to connect with their inner warrior as they run, walk, crawl and climb their way through a fun-filled obstacle course so they can experience just how Spartan strong they really are.
There’s no dress code, but you’ll be running in mud and water, climbing hills and mountains, under barbed wire and jumping fire.
Our elites recommend: performance gear (NOT COTTON), water packs, compression underwear, Clif bars and energy gel.
Our advice is to race in what you train in - new shoes on race day are NOT recommended.
Professional event day photos will be posted on the event page 5-7 days after the event. We’ll email you when your photos are ready!

In the case of an accident, it will prevent as soon as possible a race officials posted every obstacle so that it prevents the emergency radio for surgery. You are allowed to take with you the supply of water and food if you estimate you need it. The organization will set up a supply of water on the course if conditions demand it, but you should not rely on it to hydrate you.
