Muddy Buddy Run: 7:15am, 8:00am, 8:45am, 9:30am

Course Description:
In both races you and your partner in grime will take on 5-10 obstacles and then get muddy in the 50-foot mud pit. The Muddy Buddy Run is a straight running race 3-4.5 miles long. Buddies will work together to climb, jump and crawl through 8-10 obstacles. The Bike & Run ranges from 5-7 miles and has 5-8 obstacles. Each buddy will navigate the course, alternating biking and running every mile in true leap frog style.
Obstacles will be designed to fit the landscape of each venue individually, but past events have been a cargo net crawl, a low wall, balance beams, cargo net climb, or a hay bale obstacle. And at every race teams will have to conquer the famous Mud Pit before crossing the finish line together.
Muddy Buddy Mud Run: 2-person team runs together the entire 3-4.5 miles with 8-10 obstacles. Finish together in the Mud Pit!
Muddy Buddy Bike & Run:: 2-person team & 1 Bike. 6-7 miles with 5 obstacles. Each buddy switches between running and biking every mile. Finish together in the Mud Pit!
Spectators:
Spectators will not be charged for admission.
Parking:
Parking is included in the cost of registration. The venues recognize that we got your back, and will allow for you to enter at no additional charge!

Minimum age for the Mud Run: 12 years old. Minimum age for Bike & Run: 14 years old.
All buddies must pick up packets together. Each participant must bring his/her individual confirmation sheet and photo ID. Confirmation sheets & final instructions will be e-mailed prior to event day.
Note: If you plan on picking up your race packet on race day please plan on arriving between 1-2 hours before your start time to allow for long lines.
