Course Description:

The Strong Viking Family Run is back in Amsterdam! Are you ready for the biggest Family Run in the Nederlands?
After 1000 years the Vikings are back in Amsterdam! The Strong Viking Family Run is an Obstacle Run of 3km or 5km where running is combined with conquering obstacles. It is the ideal challenge for all outdoor sports lovers: small and grown ups! The Strong Viking Family Run is packed with Obstacles, Mud & lots of FUN!

Free! Of course, you are very welcome to come and encourage the participants! Entrance to the area is free and open from 8:30am.

Other:

The minimum participation age varies according to the distances:
3km: min. age 5 years old (or becomes 5 in that calender year)
5km: min. age 10 years old (or becomes 10 in that calender year)
7 and 13 km: min. age 14 years old (or becomes 14 in that calender year)
19 km and OCR Series: min. age 16 years old (or becomes 16 in that calender year)
Iron Viking (42km): min. age 18 years old
Ultra Viking (60km): min. age 18 years old

After the event it is possible to wash off/shower in separate shower areas for men and women (except Family Edition). However, there are no closed shower cabins.
