Course Description:
The course is near the banks of the North Saskatchewan river so there are a hills.
Last year we encountered a rope wall, deep ice water, slip and slide, long narrow plastic culverts in mud, monkey bars, a few different walls including inclined walls, rope climb on a wall, bouldering, military crawl... just to name a few
Aid Stations:
First aid and EMT's will be available.
Many different fruits, drinks, snacks available.
Spectators:
Spectators are free.
Parking:
Parking is free.
There is lots of parking in the area
Other:
This race gives part of the profits to the Families First Society in Fort Saskatchewan.
Minimum age is 16.
You get a chip to time your race.
You will be fine if you do not know how to swim.
There are washrooms but no showers.
