We will be starting the day at 8:45 with a Fast & Furious Run, with additional runs at 9:30, 10:15 and 11:00 an A 2K Family Run at 1:00pm.

Course Description:
Hilly course, over 25 obstacles including water, mud, climbing, crawling
Aid Stations:
Bananas,water and music at the finish. Water station at the half way point. Volunteers at all obstacles and First Aide station staffed
Spectators:
Free for spectators to roam and enjoy - must share any good photos
Parking:
Plenty on free parking on premise
Post Party:
Food, music, beer and Muddy Boots Ice Cream available.
Other:
Portion of registration fee will be use to purchase gift cards, bus token and other requests to the Albany Vet Center
