Heats are from 10am to 12pm, every half hour. The Family Fun Run 2k is at 12:30pm.

Pumpkin Patch Mud Run After the incredible success of our first Pumpkin Patch Mud Run last year, how could we not have another one? Over 600 people came to our pumpkin farm and ran, climbed, splashed, crawled, and slid through our 5k Mud Run course. The 5k course winds its way around the entire farm- through pumpkin and corn fields, across and the Schoharie River that cuts through the middle of it, through woods and marshes and more. We're adding even more obstacles this year while still maintaining the family friendly difficulty and intensity. Please check out our website for more information and pictures from last year's run. Course Description:

The course runs over fields and hills and woods and marshes and mud. Lots of mud. The obstacles include climbing through giant drain pipes, over hay bales (the big round ones), through web netting in the woods, balance beams over a swamp, treading shallow parts of the Schoharie Creek (>2 feet of still water) and more. Nothing requires specific training or for participants to be in far better than average shape, but the course is a little more difficult than a standard 5k. There is a Family Fun Run 2k that includes all of the easier obstacles.

Aid Stations:

There will be paramedics on standby with an ambulance. After the race there will be snacks provided and water bottles available.

Spectators:

Spectators are free and encouraged to come. There are several locations for people to take pictures along the course.

Parking:

Parking is free and next to the even.

Post Party:

After the race, you're free to enjoy the rest of the Pumpkin Patch. Activities include hay rides, a three story tree house, pumpkin cannon, hay tunnels, Frisbee golf, farm animals, snack shop, and more.
