Course Description:
You will find yourself running almost the entire 3.5 mile course. Your upper body will be tested with the sand bag carry, tire flip, water can carry, the lumberjack hump and an obstacle course with ropes, walls and parallel bars. Your leg strength will be tested on the gut check obstacle, numerous climbs up steep hills and a ruck sack run that comes at the most inopportune time. Your agility will be tested with multiple two rope bridges, numerous balance obstacles over water and ground and a military style obstacle course with 6, 8, 10 foot walls, ladder climbs and rope climbs. Are you claustrophobic? You will find out at the Black Hole filled with neck deep water in complete darkness. Be ready for the Sewage Line, a 100 foot slide down a steep hill into a cesspool at the bottom. You will also spend plenty of time crawling in the mud and struggling through the water so prepare yourself.
Awards:
Awards will be given to the top 3 in the Male Elite Race and Female Elite Race.
Other:
You should not have any personal items with you during your race.
Bring a bag to put your personal items in during the race and check it in at the registration table before your race.
Bring a change of clothes and a towel. There will be outside water hoses to rinse off and a large restroom area to change clothes.
Feel free to bring chairs and tents but do not bring any grills. Concessions will be open.
