Course Description:

The course is varied with hills, woodland, open runs along the top of a mountain, lakes and flat stretches. Something for everyone! A 12km and 6km adults course with 30+ obstacles and a 5km FREE Muddy Kids course in the morning before the main event.

Aid Stations:

First Aid Cover at the start finish and water stations around the course.

Spectators:

Spectators are free and can roam the course. Lots of facilities will be available in the main start/finish admin area.

Parking:

Parking is onsite and free of charge.

Other:

£3 from every ticket sold will be donated to the Wooden Spoon Childrens Charity.
We will also be auctioning lots of Muddy Mountain gear to raise money for the charity.
Lots of different food vendors will be onsite, kids activities, bouncy castle, live DJ and coming to watch and cheers is free of charge.
