Course Description:
A great beginner obstacle course race for those new to the sport.
Course is a combination of hills and flat, with approximately 10 to 12 obstacles to pass. Be prepared to climb walls, crawl, lift and carry objects, and most of all have fun.
Aid Stations:
There will be one aid station on course and one at the finish line. First aid will be at the finish line and attendants will also be on course.
Awards:
There will be age group awards and free future race entry to fastest 3 male and female finishers.
Prizes:
There will be lots of draw prizes at the event.
Spectators:
Spectators are free.
Parking:
Parking is free.
Other:
Come help us raise money for Wounded Warriors Canada and Canuck Place Children's Hospice.
