OCR World Championships Announces 24 Hour Enduro in Australia for June 2018
The team behind the OCR World Championships is creating a OCR 24 Hour Enduro Championship, to take place outside of Sydney Australia in June of 2018.

Cue lovely stringed music and…a promise that bonds will grow stronger between team members, brothers, teams, and families. So whose bonds proved victorious? In heat 1 we had Saddle Up, Mathletes, and Ninjas. Heat 2 had the Better Halves, Kid Courage, and Stunt Junkies. In honor of the bond I have with my son who is a physics and math major, I went with the Mathletes in Heat 1. For the bond I have with my own autistic youngest son, I went with Kid Courage in Heat 2.

Rope Walls are an obstacle that could show up on any mud run or obstacle race. This medium difficulty obstacle can often be challenging for many athletes. Carla makes her return. Michael from Team Grady is not pleased with Carla’s return as he claims she is an “ugly beauty queen” and “Selfish”. He wants her gone.

Training Tuesday: Conquering the 6 Foot Wall
Walls are an integral part of almost every obstacle race or mud run. They can range in height from a few feet up to over 10-feet tall. Being able to get over the wall is often a challenge for many obstacle racers. Hunter McIntyre and Cassidy Watton (Epic Hybrid Training Coach and Spartan Race Pro Team athlete) bring us through some techniques we can all apply on race day in the video below.
