The second day of action at the Spartan World Championships featured the Team World Championship and Spartan Ultra. It was Canada that reigned supreme today with Canadians winning the men's and women's team races and Adam Lister of Canada taking the Ultra overall win.
Jon Albon and Lindsey Webster were crowned today the 2018 Spartan World Champions after two impressive performances on a grueling course in Squaw Valley, California. Both Webster and Albon won their second Spartan World Championships today with Webster winning back to back years and Albon finding himself atop the Spartan World Championship podium since 2014.

Earlier this week the USAOCR closed options for participants to be able to register for their December 1 championship event in San Diego. we reached out to the board to ask for clarity and Mud Run Guide was told they would be making an announcement soon.
