By |July 30th, 2015|

Most racers on the coasts of America have not heard of Conquer the Gauntlet (CTG) because their race series is held in the center of the US. However, out of all the races I have done, CTG is currently at the top of my list for my favorite race series.

By |July 15th, 2015|

As an obstacle course racing athlete, I often try to convince other people to join in the fun, whether that be in the competitive wave or the open wave. Event Recap: Tough Mudder Kentucky

By |July 11th, 2015|

Tough Mudder Kentucky provided a nice mix of terrain including hard packed trails, muddy trails, streams, grass, concrete and gravel. Earlier this year Tough Mudder unveiled some of their new obstacles as part of Tough Mudder Redefined including “Cry Baby”. Cry baby is an obstacle where you are required to crawl through tear gas.
