Evan is a Conquer The Gauntlet Pro, NSCA-CPT, owner of Strength & Speed along with a Hammer Nutrition sponsored athlete whose biography "Ultra-OCR Man: From Special Forces Soldier to Record Setting Pro OCR Athlete" is now available (hard copy, digital or audiobook). His highlights included 2018's 1st place Team Atomik at World's Toughest Mudder, 2nd Pro Team Coed at North American OCR Championships in 2018 and yearly record setting Ultra-OCR events for charity raising more than $26,000. Mark Ballas brought his Green Beret Challenge (GBC) Commando course to the Kansas City area for 8+ miles of building better humans.  The GBC Commando course requires athletes to team up in a group of four (all male, all female or 2/2 coed are the three categories) and traverse the entire course together while completing challenges/obstacles.
