Rock climbing, yoga, fitness equipment….and now Ninja Training?! That's right, AZR has a Ninja Training rig upstairs in the fitness area! Don't know your Ring Toss from your Salmon Ladder? Come to class on Tuesdays and Thursdays to learn the techniques and run challenging courses. Want individual coaching? We do that too. Many of the local Ninjas who have appeared on NBC's hit Show American Ninja Warrior train and are coached at AZ on the Rocks.

We offer several different classes:
Prek Ninjas- Its a mommy and me ninja class for kids and parents age 2-4
Mini Ninjas- A ninja class for kids ages 5-8
Level 1 and 2 Kids ninja classes
Level 1 and 2 Adult ninja classes
We offer open gyms for both kid and adult ninjas
And offer a OCR class for Teens and Adults called Spears, Tires and Burpees
