Course Description:
There are some hills, it will be ideal for medium to beginner level runners. There will be around 12 obstacles. There will be a range of obstacles from climing walls, to tyre challenges and giant spiders webs.
Aid Stations:
Yes there will be first aid on site, St Johns will be present on the day.
Awards:
We will give trophys to fastest runners
Spectators:
Yes spectators are free, there will be a spectator area.
Parking:
Parking will be £2 per car which will all go to charity
