Course Description:
This course is the perfect location for a Running Dirty race. It truly has a little bit of everything to make a mud run epic! Just a bit of what you are going to be tossed into, across, and over includes a massive 100+ foot man made mud mountain, natural river crossings, and a huge pond. While you are getting muddy, you’ll be taking in the beautiful landscape and natural attractions including a 100ft California Red Wood tree. Running Dirty is a 4 mile race with 23+ Navy Seal inspired obstacles including Hell Mile, with more mud, more fun, and an epic after party.
Because Running Dirty isn’t your average 5k run. Combined with 23+ obstacles, mud, and a little taste of Hell, these 4 miles are just enough to keep you feeling it the next week.
Hell Mile is a one mile section within the course that simulates a NAVY SEAL training course complete with instructors drilling you to see if you can make the cut. It lives up to the SEAL motto- “the only easy day was yesterday”
