Course Description:
Join us for the annual Delmarva Dirt Dash, a mud and obstacle race designed for participants ages 15 and older. This 5k course takes you through wooded areas and fields, over creeks and climbing walls, and tests you on a variety of challenges including ice, monkey bars, a half-pipe, holes, and, of course… MUD!
Awards:
Awards for overall male, female and master’s winners. Top 3 male & female awards in 10-year age groups up to 60 & over. Team awards to the top 3 teams.
Post Party:
Lots of great food for purchase, and a chance to exchange war stories. Sorry, no alcohol at this event though. In addition, we are a smoke-free campus!
Other:
Proceeds from the event will go toward the Greenwood Mennonite School Athletic Department, with 15% to charity.
Delmarva Dirt Dash is open to participants who are 15 years of age or older. Runners ages 12-14 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
