Race Start Time:
All divisions will be split into multiple waves 15 minutes apart depending on registration. First Competitive Wave will leave the line at 8:00am. First Fun Wave will leave the line at 9:00am and First Mini Wave will Leave at 10:00am - split dependent on Registration.

Course Description:
Our course is set in a natural environment, with natural hazards. Please be aware of your footing and wear shoes with traction. Watch for native wildlife including snakes, bobcats, etc. Chances are slim that you will encounter one, but be sure to watch your step. Always stay ON THE PATHS AND TRAILS. Stay away from bushes and places creepy crawlies can hide. Also be sure to take in the beauty of the area - Troeger ranch is a beautiful, serene transition area between mountain and desert. There are a lot of unique views, wildflowers and Joshua trees- Don't forget to breathe and enjoy the views! We are very blessed to be able to use the site for the second year in a row!
The obstacles will NOT be revealed until the day of the race. If you would like an idea- check out our facebook page for photos from last years race!
Aid Stations:
Multiple aid stations, potty bags, Paramedic and Veterinarian present throughout event. After party with free food and drinks.
Awards:
Competitive group will have age group awards. Special Prizes sponsored and added as they are received.
Spectators:
Spectators are free to watch the race and enter the after party. Food and vendors available for a fee.
Parking:
No charge for parking race day. Please carpool if possible.
Other:
We will have a changing area available.
Minimum age for competitive wave is 15 years old. Fun Wave - 12 years old, Mini Wave under 12 must be accompanied with a paid parent. Minimum age of 8 years old.
Gear check will be available.
Once again we are partnering with local shelters and rescues to be able to allow runners who do not have a pup to still participate and help a homeless dog have an amazing day! If you do not have a pup that is able to do the race- you can Rent a Bestie!! For a $20 donation (which goes directly to the rescue) you can help a rescue dog have an AMAZING day!! All pups will be available for adoption after the race! Even if you do not end up adopting- you can bet that this will be the best day this kid has had in a long time thanks to you! 100% of proceeds from ""Rent a bestie"" (available only to competitor 18 years and older) will go to the rescue that provides the dog :-) All dogs will be available for adoption after the race! All dogs must be current on vaccines and must show proof of rabies - may be emailed to us or brought to event. NO DOG WILL BE ADMITTED WITHOUT RABIES VACCINE CERTIFICATE
