Race Start Time:
The race is divided into heats of 70 kids leaving every ten minutes. Heats for 4-6 year olds start at 11:50 AM through 1:50 PM, and heats for 7-12 year olds start at 9:00 AM through 11:00 AM and 2:10 PM through 3:00 PM.

Course Description:
The Kids Run is under a mile long and includes 20+ obstacles including climbing, crawling, jumping, and lots of mud! We separate the races into two different age categories to make sure the course is age-appropriate. The course for 7-12 year olds includes some obstacles from the Main Race!
Aid Stations:
We have Aid Stations planted throughout the course with EMTs available.
Spectators:
We have FREE spectator zones where you can watch your kids race and cheer them on. In addition, If your child is 4 or 5 years old, the course is shorter, and we HIGHLY recommend a parent run along with their child.

Post Party:
We will have food available for purchase, Mud Fest for children, and awesome music throughout the day of the event.
Other:
There will be carnival-style attractions and food available from 9 AM - 3 PM for an additional cost.
Every year, we invite local schools to compete against each other in the Superhero School Bell! Students win points for their school by participating in the Kids Run and by wearing costumes or dressing in their school colors.
To ensure the safety of all the children involved, we, unfortunately, cannot allow older children to run in a younger age race (or vice versa).
This is a full charity event. ALL proceeds go back into the community to help with multiple food assistance programs, job training for those newly re-entering the workforce, children’s programs, youth programs, and many others.
