Course Description:

Open to all. The racecourse is flat and the obstacles are bouncy!

Aid Stations:

Water station half way round. We have on course medics and a first aid station.

Spectators:

Spectators are allowed free of charge and can stand within the spectator areas.

Parking:

£5 per vehicle

Other:

All Children MUST run with a participating adult on maximum of a 3:1 ratio.
