Race Start Time:
First heat starts at 9am. Heats run every 15 minutes until 2pm. 50-75 participants per heat. There is also a muddy buddy heat at noon for children 5-12 years old for $20.

Course Description:
6 KM, 18 obstacle mud run taking place at the world famous Wilderness Tours resort on the Ottawa River. Hill climbing and forest routes, rough terrain and muddy obstacles! 24ft high slide ends the route into a muddy water hole!
Aid Stations:
There is a first aid station and paramedics on standby. There is fruit and water provided at the finish line as well as water stations throughout the course.
Awards:
Ages 5-105!
Prizes:
Top fundraisers will be entered to win prizes valued $250-$1500!
Spectators:
Spectators can watch at the finish line for free. Cannot roam the coarse.
Parking:
parking is free! Carpooling is recommended, as location is rural.
Post Party:
Free live music at the after party. Live bands every 2 hours until midnight! Food and beverages at Rafter's restaurant.
Other:
This is a fundraising event for the Canadian Cancer Society. Participants are encouraged to raise a minimum of $250 per person in order to rasie our fundraising goal of $80,000!
Showers are available on site and of course the local fire department will be there to hose you down!
Team:
Many teams come up with their own original name like ""Muddy ducks"" etc. Teams are 2 or more people! Teams can do fundraising events prior to the event to help them reach their goal (bake sales, work casual days etc).
