Course Description:

The Hang-On Run has grown into a run with international participation. It runs straight through the beautiful nature of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug. Every year we organize competitions in different categories. In addition to the competitions for the Dutch Survivalrun foundation (SBN) licensees and Youth, we also have a qualification run in every distance.
You can run each distance individually as a couple or in a group. Only in couples and groups can participants help each other. You are allowed to help from the ground as well as from the obstacle itself.
The Hang-On Run has got 4 very challenging offroad courses with sand, forest, water, hills, fields and lots of obstacles! All this in the midst of the varied nature reserve of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug. It will be a tough run again! We have a challenge for every competitor. Just take a look at our courses and the obstacles you will find in this course and pick your challenge!
