Course Description:

The Obstacle Course Race that brings you out of your comfort zone and leaves you with an unforgettable experience. Whatever your age or fitness level, we cater for all abilities, with 3 different courses. There are no clocks or timers for you to race against which means you can enjoy the enchanting wooded areas and the swampy terrain.
If you’re looking to have some fun, are running for charity or are a beginner in obstacle racing this is the race for you. You will tackle 5k of fun, muddy obstacles.
If you’re looking for your next challenge, the 10k races are tough, yet fun. You will tackle 10k of obstacles, running, hills and muddy terrain.
Are you up for the challenge? The 20k races are for those who want to test their strengths. A punishing 20k run including more challenging obstacles, a longer distance, more mud and testing situations.
A fun, muddy 5k race with 90% of the adult obstacles. All obstacles are manned and instructors run the course with the juniors. Also, you can take on the WAR as a family! There is a 10k Family wave and a 5k Family wave.

Aid Stations:

Medical support teams will be on site and instructors/ marshals will be situated all around the course.

Spectators are welcome

Parking is £5 per car.

Other:

There will be designated viewing areas, a live DJ and fun events going on all day. Spectators may view the race for free but they are at their own risk. Please note dogs are not allowed on site except for guide dogs.
