Course Description:
The route will include stops at some famous locations we have all come to love while calling downtown our home for the past year and a half; the various CrossFit stations along your route will include the Amtrak Station, The Inclined Plane, Central Park Square, and of course CrossFit Excursion.
Prizes:
Prizes will be awarded to those with the best USA spirit!
Post Party:
The event does not just end once you cross the finish line. Following your completion of the Liberty Dash route you will be treated to a fresh healthy meal and libations at Balance Restaurant on Main Street with live music performed by Ian Jeffreys, which is included in your ticket price. Following lunch we will head over to our awesome neighbors at Coal Tubin' to get outfitted for a trip down the river! Bring your swimsuit and sunglasses, and a packed cooler if you're feeling up for it, because you will surely need them while soaking up the sun during a relaxing float around town.
