Course Description:
What better way is there to add some colour to your life than joining us for Active Warrior – Rainbow Rampage. This family orientated event takes place in the beautiful setting of the Southampton Outdoor Sports Centre. It’s not a race, it’s a rampage around at your pace on a 3km course filled with obstacles and explosions of colour dye, allowing you to be a part of a festival of fun as one of hundreds of Warriors taking part. It is the perfect way for you and your family to get active.
The obstacles will include mini walls, a rainbow body slide, colour pools and even a foamy gauntlet plus more challenges which will be announced nearer the event.
Spectators:
Free spectators! There are loads of great spectator spots around the route so bring the whole family.
Parking:
Free parking is available in the Sports Centre car park.
Post Party:
The 2019 festival village has been merged with the Southampton Healthy Living Festival making this a perfect destination for families to spend the whole day out. The village will be a buzz with activity including live entertainment, food, bouncy castles and include the bag drop area. The start and finish arena will include the most flamboyant warm up party you’ve ever been to.

As a family event, the course can be tackled by children aged 4 upwards (4-10 year olds must be assisted around by a parent or guardian) and under 16s require parental consent.
