Course Description:
The 7K course is a nice challenge for everyone, for every level and with lots of fun! Have fun on a trail with cool obstacles, cool mud baths and fun in the foam!!
The StrongmanRun 12km is about running, splashing through mud baths and climbing & scrambling over more than 30 challenging obstacles! The trail goes through the forests of the Sallandse Heuvelrug and Reggedal. This is definitely not a walk in the park but a mega challenging obstacle run where you can fully enjoy yourself!
'The Original' (21K) takes you along a beautiful but very heavy course over the Sallandse Heuvelrug and through the Reggedal. Along the way you will find more than 50 challenging and unique obstacles on your way. Do you dare to take on this tough challenge?
