Course Description:
The first stage will test your ability to perform a speed run through a series of 10-12 obstacles designed to elevate your heart rate and get your blood pumping. The second stage takes you through the Cardinal Greenways recreational trail on a 5K adventure. This is a paved trail (street or running shoes are required) with a scenic view, but don’t be fooled by its beauty. It is a long, winding run down the trail and back to the Rocket Gauntlet obstacles. After you return from your run, the third and final stage will test you to see what you are made of! Be ready to complete the remaining 15-17 obstacles while battling muscle fatigue from the previous two stages.
Spectators:
All obstacles are 100% visible to spectators from a central location. Bring your family and friends to watch your journey through the Rocket Gauntlet, and to celebrate your victory with you at the end.
