Course Description:

The 8th Annual Finger Lakes Mud Run is an outdoor challenge course that takes place on the beautiful grounds of Everest Park, and is just under five miles long. Designed to help cultivate camaraderie and teamwork, families and friends can look forward to an exhilarating, challenging, and extremely muddy adventure!

Aid Stations:

Aid stations will be available

Spectators:

Spectators are free.

Parking:

Parking on Everest Park grounds is FREE for participants and $5 for spectators. Please carpool if possible!

Post Party:

The after party begins once the last participant crosses the finish line. Food, beer, music, and a good time.

Other:

Donations and registration net proceeds will go to Champions for Life, Inc., a non-profit organization in Auburn, NY, which operates the CFL Sports Center, Everest Park, and the Brian Bisgrove Home of Courage.
