Course Description:

Are you and your family looking for the ultimate family challenge? Or are you looking for a fun and sporty activity to do with your friends? Then sign up together for the 3km or 5km Strong Viking Family Run in Nijmegen - THE obstacle run for Friends and Family! The Strong Viking Family Run Nijmegen is a guaranteed great experience full of obstacles, mud and FUN!

Free! Of course, you are very welcome to come and encourage the participants! Entrance to the area is free and open from 8:30am.

Other:

The minimum participation age varies according to the distances:
3km: min. age 5 years old (or becomes 5 in that calender year)
5km: min. age 10 years old (or becomes 10 in that calender year)
7 and 13 km: min. age 14 years old (or becomes 14 in that calender year)
19 km and OCR Series: min. age 16 years old (or becomes 16 in that calender year)
Iron Viking (42km): min. age 18 years old
Ultra Viking (60km): min. age 18 years old

After the event it is possible to wash off/shower in separate shower areas for men and women (except Family Edition). However, there are no closed shower cabins.
