Course Description:
Each challenge will remain secret until the day before the event, but you can expect a short, intense OCR course as well as a blend of functional workouts requiring a mixture of speed, strength, endurance, skill and sheer determination. While there are podium places available for the first 3 in each gender category, the Warrior Games are not just about competing against others, but are a great opportunity to try something new, train towards a goal and kick-start your fitness journey in 2019.
The Warrior Games will see competitors split into small groups and tackle each challenge across approximately 2 hours; a rest period will follow each challenge so that you can regain some composure, get your breath back an get prepared to go again.
Spectators:
Free spectators! There are loads of great spectator spots around the route so bring the whole family.
Parking:
Free parking is available in the Sports Centre car park.
Post Party:
The festival village will be a buzz with activity including live entertainment, food, bouncy castles and include the bag drop area. The start and finish arena will include the most flamboyant warm up party you’ve ever been to
Other:
You can leave valuables at a manned bag drop in the event village, for a small charge. Make sure items are in a secure bag. (All transactions are cash only on event days)
