A heat of 4 will be sent off every 3 minutes starting at 8 am all stations will have a minimum of 4 lanes

Course Description:
The course will be flat and weather permitting dry. There will be between 26-30 obstacle/fitness stations this will not be more challenging then most OCR events due to the speed and difficulty of obstacles however there is penalties for no-completed stations or obstacles so everyone will be able to give the course their best effort.
Aid Stations:
There will be a water station at the finish line and due to the course lay out coaches and or spectators will be able to hand you water at almost any point on the course
Awards:
Overall podium winners (Top 3 men and women) will receive cash prizes and age group winners will get podium recognition and future race discounts. There will also be an award for the top point earning gym and top High school
Prizes:
Cash prize for top 3 men and women overall.
Spectators:
Spectators are free and greatly encouraged
Parking:
Parking on site and free
Post Party:
There will be food vendors and beer vendors camping is available on site and is free while available
Other:
Some proceeds will be given to local charity a food bank donation is encouraged for parking. Minimum age of 13
