Course Description:

First you have to complete one mile with burpee frog jumps after this the funny part begins with running, including stairs - many stairs, carry weight from A to B, climbing over obstacles etc

Aid Stations:

Aid, food and water stations are always just a few minutes away.

Spectators:

Spectators are welcome and free.

Parking:

You can park at the wesp - gym and use our free shuttle bus.
