Bad practices
My husband and I signed up for the July 27th run, that was cancelled last minute - the day before. We received a notice that it was cancelled and would be rescheduled for a date that we cannot attend. In that notification, we were given the option to either attend the newly scheduled event or get a refund. I requested a refund because we already have plans for the new date. That was in July. We are now in Sept, and I have no refund or responses to multiple email requests for status from the event coordinators. Very bad business practices. I do a lot of mud runs, and have never experienced a customer experience like this. At this point, I would not recommend for anyone to sign up for any of their events.
