Course Description:
The course mostly winds through the woods on the property of Morrison Heights Church. The course is not very hilly, but will feature some difficult terrain. You can definitely expect a lot of mud. We are planning for at least 20 obstacles.
Aid Stations:
The MudHeights course will have a couple of aid stations with water provided.
We also plan to have paramedics on hand in case of any emergencies.
Awards:
13 and under, male and female winner
14-19, male and female winner
20-29, male and female winner
30-39, male and female winner
40-49, male and female winner
50-59, male and female winner
60+, male and female winner
Each winner will receive a gift certificate prize
Spectators:
Please come and watch! MudHeights will feature sections of the course available for viewing, but you might want to bring a lawn chair. Also, we will have bounce houses for children and a few other ways for spectators to entertain themselves.
Parking:
Free! Parking will be available on the property of Morrison Heights Church at no cost.
Other:
MudHeights is bringing the mud to Clinton, MS, for the first time. Ever. Come be a part of what we hope will be the first of many muddy excursions in years to come.
All proceeds from the event will be donated to Wellspring Living, a charity dedicated to helping women affected by human trafficking. You can learn more about Wellspring Living at www.wellspringliving.org.
MudHeights offers a gear check. Clinton Fire Department will be on hand with firehoses after the race to help you clean up. If you feel like changing clothes before you head home, that will be available for you as well.
